Description

Spanish is probably second only to English in terms of the geographical range where it’s spoken.  It’s the language of most of Latin America as well as Spain, not to mention large parts of the USA, and no matter which variety of the language you learn, you can use it and be understood throughout the Spanish-speaking world.  Interest in Spanish is growing in New Zealand and in other English-speaking countries, as people appreciate the importance of Latin America in particular on the world stage.

Spanish is not a particularly difficult language to learn.  A lot of the words seem quite familiar, and it’s not too hard to get the tongue round them.   Children will quickly pick up a basic vocabulary, and will soon start to string simple sentences together.  Euroasia children’s classes in Spanish are a great introduction to this important and fascinating language!

Teachers on Euroasia’s Spanish courses for children use a variety of games and activities to make learning Spanish fun!  Children have a great time taking part in various activities designed to get them using the Spanish language without really thinking about it.  We use role plays, drama, songs, rhymes and lots of games to stimulate and excite.   Sometimes, the children also make things and even put on a little presentation!  Their Spanish teachers are skilled at selecting a variety of activities to keep children purposefully occupied throughout the Spanish lessons.
